Tomb of Thutmose IV

The Tomb of Thutmose IV is one of the more rewarding Valley of the Kings tombs when it is open. Its high position in the cliffs helped spare it from some of the flood damage suffered by lower tombs, so the wall decoration remains unusually well preserved.

The outer stone sarcophagus is still in the burial chamber, making the tomb feel less stripped than many royal burials in the valley.
