Azemmour is about 75 km south of Casablanca and 15 km north of El Jadida. The easiest way to arrive is by grand taxi or bus from El Jadida (20–30 minutes) or from Casablanca (about 90 minutes). From Casablanca's CTM bus station, buses to El Jadida pass through Azemmour. There is no train station in Azemmour itself; the nearest is El Jadida.
By car from Casablanca, take the A5 motorway south to El Jadida and then double back north on the N1 — about an hour and a half. The town is easy to reach as a day trip from either Casablanca or El Jadida.
