A 1930s wooden seafront restaurant on Boulevard Mohammed V, originally built by a Frenchman who wanted oysters with his ocean view. It still does both: a classic terrace for sundowners with the Atlantic crashing below, and a fish-heavy menu with Moroccan and French sides. Reliable rather than thrilling, and the only proper place in town to eat with sea spray on the windows.
