Ifrane has no train station. The nearest rail hub is Meknès, about 70 kilometres to the north, from which grand taxis and CTM buses run into the Middle Atlas. From Meknès, the journey to Ifrane takes about an hour by grand taxi; the road climbs through increasingly dramatic scenery as it enters the mountains.
From Fès, direct grand taxis leave from the Batha area near the medina; count on 1.5 hours. If you're coming from Marrakech, it's a full day's travel via Meknès. There is no airport at Ifrane; the nearest international airports are Fès-Saïss and Meknès.
