Tiwai is about guided wildlife watching rather than sightseeing. Start with the forest trails near camp, take a canoe onto the Moa River, and leave time for the slower pleasures: hornbills overhead, monkeys crashing through the canopy, and the strange feeling of sleeping on an island of rainforest.
