Chenini's appeal is almost entirely visual and historical. The village sits on a dramatic ridge in the Dahar Mountains, and the things to do here are the things the place simply is: walk the ridge, explore the ancient granary, sit in the mosque courtyard, and look out over the desert. It is not a busy destination, and that is part of the point.
