Sidi Amor Abada Museum

Museum in a 19th-century zawiya dedicated to the eccentric Sidi Abada

The Sidi Amor Abada Museum occupies the zawiya and mausoleum of a 19th-century holy man remembered for both devotion and eccentricity. The building itself is part of the attraction: domes, courtyards, and religious architecture just outside the densest part of Kairouan's medina.

Inside are oversized objects associated with Sidi Abada and local religious life, including tools and symbolic pieces that make the place feel more personal than a standard history museum. It is a good secondary stop after the Great Mosque and Sidi Sahab.
