The Tomb of Jami honours the 15th-century Sufi poet Nur ad-Din Abd al-Rahman Jami, one of the great literary figures associated with Herat. The shrine remains a revered local place, especially for women who come to pay respects.
It lies north of the Musalla complex and works best as part of a broader circuit of Herat's Timurid and religious sites.
