A small rooftop near the Russian Market that does what its name promises: it is busiest from about 17:00 onwards, when the western terrace catches a long sunset over the low rooftops of Toul Tom Poung. The cocktails are competent rather than exceptional, the Mexican-leaning food (tacos, chilli) better than it needs to be.
The crowd is largely expats — language teachers, NGO workers, a sprinkling of long-term residents. Friendly atmosphere, no door policy. A reliable spot to start an evening.
