Xiangshan Temple is one of Zunyi's main active Buddhist temples, dating from the 1920s and still busy with worshippers. The approach is part of the experience, with a market street selling food, fruit, incense, and fortune-telling services.
Visit for the atmosphere as much as the buildings. It is a good contrast to Zunyi's revolutionary history sites and gives a more everyday view of local religious life.
