Jingmen sits on the high-speed rail corridor between Wuhan and Yichang. Trains from Wuhan take roughly an hour; from Yichang, about 40 minutes. The station is in the north of the city.
Long-distance buses serve Wuhan, Jingzhou, Yichang, and smaller towns in the surrounding area. Getting to the Xianling Tomb at Zhongxiang requires a separate bus or taxi from Jingmen — the journey takes about 40 minutes. There is no commercial airport in Jingmen; Wuhan Tianhe is the nearest major airport.
