Xi'an's bar scene is centred on De Fu Xiang (Defuxiang Lane), a pedestrianised street near the Bell Tower lined with cafes and bars. The Muslim Quarter has tea houses where you can sit with Eight Treasure Tea (Ba Bao Cha) — a pot of green tea with goji berries, rock sugar, and chrysanthemum. Most bars around De Fu Xiang stay open until midnight or later.
