Anlan Bridge is the historic-style suspension bridge across the Min River at the Dujiangyan irrigation works. The original bridge was made from bamboo and vines; the present bridge keeps the traditional look while carrying visitors between the riverbanks.
It is one of the best places to take in the scale of the irrigation system, with views over the river, the fish-mouth levee, and the temple hillside.
