Wenzhou is well connected by air, rail, and bus. Wenzhou Longwan International Airport serves domestic routes to most major Chinese cities, with some flights to Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asian destinations. High-speed trains connect Wenzhou to Shanghai (about 2.5 hours on the fastest services), Hangzhou (about 1.5 hours), and Fuzhou and Xiamen to the south. The main station is Wenzhou South (温州南站) on the high-speed network, about 15 kilometres from the city centre. The older Wenzhou Railway Station (温州站) in the city centre serves slower trains on the Jinwen line. Express buses from Hangzhou, Ningbo, and other Zhejiang cities are frequent and affordable.
