Yiwu is well served by high-speed rail with its own station on the Hangzhou-Wenzhou corridor. Trains from Hangzhou East take about forty minutes; from Shanghai Hongqiao, about two hours. The city also has frequent train connections to Jinhua (20 minutes), Ningbo (1 hour), and Nanjing.
Yiwu Railway Station is in the heart of the city, and the International Trade City is a short taxi ride away. For the Hengdian film studios, take a bus or taxi from Yiwu city — the journey is about forty kilometres and takes around an hour.
