Limassol Sculpture Park

The Limassol Sculpture Park stretches along the seafront promenade and is the only outdoor sculpture park of its kind in Cyprus. The collection was created between 1999 and 2001 during three international sculpture symposia, bringing together artists from across Europe and Cyprus to work directly on site. The result is twenty large-scale works in stone, metal, and other materials, integrated into the coastal landscape.

The park is free to enter and open at all times, making it a pleasant addition to any walk along the Limassol seafront. The promenade itself extends for several kilometres east of the old town and is popular with joggers, cyclists, and families in the evenings. The sculptures range from abstract to figurative, and the best are striking against the backdrop of the Mediterranean.
