Daman
The coastal town of Daman is about 28 km from Silvassa (roughly two hours through busy highways). Daman has sun-kissed beaches with calm waters, a water park with swimming and water sports, and Portuguese-era forts and churches. It is the closest beach option from Silvassa.
Khanvel
Just 20 km from Silvassa, Khanvel is known for its rolling meadows, cacti garden, and terrace gardens. The ancient Shiva temple at Bindrabin and the Van Vihar tourist complex are the main draws. Khanvel Resort is also a popular lunch stop.
