Inside the HPTDC's Hotel Sarvari on the south side of Dhalpur, Diyar is the closest Kullu has to a proper sit-down restaurant. The menu covers Himachali specialities — siddu, chha gosht, madra — alongside the usual Indian and Chinese options.
The dining room has a quiet garden view and the service, while slow by city standards, is friendly. Prices are mid-range and food is reliable. A safe choice for a longer dinner with a beer.
