Ozone Reach Beach is the stretch of coast below Tranquebar, with Fort Dansborg rising just behind it. The beach is better for walking and sea air than for swimming: rocky outcrops make bathing a poor idea, but the fort, surf, and old Danish town give the shoreline real atmosphere.
Come here after visiting the fort rather than as a stand-alone beach day.
