Lovina sits on Bali's north coast, around three hours by car from Denpasar airport via the central mountain pass through Bedugul. The drive is scenic — rice terraces, lakes, and the descent to the coast — and most visitors arrange a private transfer through their accommodation.
Shuttle bus services run from Ubud, Kuta and Sanur and take around three to four hours. Public bemos exist from Singaraja, the regional capital fifteen minutes east, but are inconvenient with luggage.
