Warung Dolphin is a long-running beachfront warung in Kalibukbuk, set on the sand under a wooden roof. The cooking is straightforward Balinese — grilled snapper, nasi campur, the standard sate skewers — with a few European dishes for the squeamish.
It is busiest at sunset, when the tables along the front fill up with people watching the sky turn over the bay. Service is slow by design; order a Bintang, take your time.
