Menjangan Island

West Bali National Park island with clear water, coral walls, deer, and boat-access snorkelling.

Menjangan Island sits offshore inside West Bali National Park and is the classic boat trip from Pemuteran. The draw is underwater: clear water, coral walls, reef fish, and a calmer feel than many of Bali's busier dive areas.

Most visitors come on a snorkelling or diving trip from Pemuteran or Labuhan Lalang. The island is protected, so expect park formalities and follow the guide's rules on where to enter, where to moor, and what not to touch.
