Island Cycling Path

Dedicated 56km coastal bike path circling the island

Kish has a dedicated cycling and walking path that runs along much of the coastline, stretching about 56 kilometres in total. It's one of the better bike infrastructure networks in Iran, and the flat terrain makes it manageable for all fitness levels. Bike rental shops cluster near the main hotels and at several points along the path.

Cycling the island takes about three to four hours at a relaxed pace. The path passes the Greek Ship wreck, the dolphin park, the Harireh ruins, and the north beaches. Early morning is the best time — before the heat builds and while the light is good. The path is used by joggers and walkers as well, and busy on weekends.
