The anchor tenant is Takashimaya itself, but the building also houses Tokyu Hands across seven floors (tools, stationery, craft supplies, kitchen gadgets, and every useful object you didn't know you needed), a large Kinokuniya bookstore with a decent English-language section, and a restaurant floor at the top with Japanese, Chinese, and Western options. There's also a basement food hall worth exploring for takeaway bento, pastries, and regional snacks. Easy to lose an afternoon here without really trying.
