One of the more accessible tea estates in Cameron Highlands, sitting alongside the main road between Ringlet and Tanah Rata. The rows of low-cut tea bushes cascade down the hillsides in a vivid green carpet that looks best in the morning mist.
You can stop here to take in the view and, in some areas, walk a short distance into the estate. The Cameron Highlands produce about 15 percent of Malaysia's tea, and estates like Bharat have been operating since the British colonial era. For a more in-depth experience, the nearby Boh Tea Estate at Sungai Palas offers guided tours and a hillside café.
