Cameron Highland is situated on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It is basically in a tropical region. It enjoys a cool and pleasant atmosphere with temperatures not rising above 20 degree C. The temperature rarely falls below 10 degrees C. The rainy season here falls from September to December. It is rare to see a completely clear sky on the normal days of the year.

The currency of Cameron Highlands is ‘Ringgit’ RM. It is divided into 100 sen. You can find here the notes ranging from 1 RM to 100 RM. The coins are from 1 Sen to 50 Sen. If you are planning a trip to the Cameron Highlands, you should have a tourist visa. For business purposes you should have the business visas. An international license for driving purpose is mandatory here. For consuming alcohol, you need to have the license which can be taken in licensed bar.
