Brinchang Saturday Night Market

Weekly street food market with Malaysian hawker burgers and snacks

Address Brinchang

Every Saturday evening, the main street of Brinchang fills with hawker stalls selling local food. It is one of the more accessible night markets in the Cameron Highlands and worth timing your visit around.

The street-style Malaysian burger is the standout: a beef patty, egg, chilli sauce, and ketchup in a soft bun, cooked on a griddle right in front of you. Beyond that, you will find satay, fresh sugarcane juice, grilled corn, kuih (traditional Malay cakes), and an assortment of snacks that vary from week to week.

The market runs from around 6pm until the stalls run out, typically by 10pm. Bring cash — most vendors do not take cards. The cooler highland air makes eating while walking perfectly comfortable.
