A few simple restaurants and warungs along the main village road serve the standard east coast Malaysian repertoire: nasi goreng, mee goreng, grilled fish, and roti canai. All of it is cheap and satisfying. Places are open from breakfast through the evening, though nothing stays open particularly late. For something more substantial than guesthouse food, these cover the bases without any fuss.
