The village itself is small enough to cover on foot. Bicycle hire is available from some guesthouses and is the easiest way to explore the surrounding area at low speed. For day trips further afield — Kuantan, Sungai Lembing, the Berkelah waterfalls — motorbike hire is the most flexible option; arrange it through your guesthouse or ask around on the village road. Taxis are available for longer trips or if you don't want to ride in the heat.
