Opened in 2003, the Sitiawan Settlement Museum preserves the history and artifacts of the Fuzhou settlers who founded the town. It is housed in a converted 70-year-old church parsonage in Kampung Koh. Out the back is the well dug by the early pioneers for their water supply, now disused. Next door is the Chinese Methodist Church, a small white building in the shape of a cross, originally built in 1905 and later rebuilt after a fire.
The museum covers the story of the Fuzhou migration from Fujian province, the establishment of the town, and life in early 20th-century colonial Malaya. The collection includes personal items, photographs, and documents donated by founding families. Ring ahead to confirm opening hours as they vary.
