Caloocan is not a tourist destination in any conventional sense — it is a working-class city of Metro Manila best known for its role in the Philippine Revolution and for the vast Manila North Cemetery on its southern edge. The handful of sights cluster around the historic centre near the boundary with Manila and Quezon City; the rest of the city is residential and best skipped unless you are visiting someone.
