Shopping

Koronadal's shopping is concentrated in a handful of large malls and the public market. KCC Mall on General Santos Drive was the first, and still the busiest — clothes, electronics, a cinema, fast food. Fitmart Mall, next to NDMU-IBED, is larger and a little more modern. The Koronadal public market is the place for fresh fruit, fish, and locally made crafts; it is unusually clean and well-organised by Philippine standards, and you can pick up T'boli beadwork and woven textiles at pasalubong (souvenir) stalls for a fraction of what you would pay in Manila.
