Bangui Wind Farm lines the shore west of Pagudpud with a row of giant turbines facing the South China Sea. It was the first wind farm in the Philippines and has become one of the best-known sights on the Ilocos Norte coast.
The stop is simple: come for the beach-level view of the turbines, the open sea, and the mountains behind the bay. It works well as part of a northern-coast drive between Pagudpud, Bangui, and the Patapat Viaduct.
