Nobu Restaurant Manila

Nobu Manila, inside City of Dreams on the Entertainment City strip, is the Philippines outpost of Nobu Matsuhisa's global Japanese-Peruvian restaurant empire. The menu is familiar to anyone who has eaten at a Nobu elsewhere — black cod miso, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño, rock shrimp tempura — but the execution is consistently high and the waterfront setting adds something. Dress smartly; the atmosphere is formal by Manila standards.

It is expensive by local standards — budget ₱3,000–5,000 per person for a full dinner with drinks — but cheap by international Nobu benchmarks. Reservations are advisable on weekends.
