Quezon City's drinking and cafe scene is centred on two hubs. Cubao Expo on General Romulo Avenue is a converted shoe market where a strip of small bars, live-music venues and art spaces comes alive after dark. Maginhawa Street in Teachers Village is the other pole, with dozens of independent cafes, craft-beer spots and late-night eateries packed into a few walkable blocks.
