Quezon City is part of Metro Manila and is served by the same airport — Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) in Pasay. From the airport, the easiest approach to QC is by Grab (the dominant ride-hailing app) or by taxi. Expect 45 minutes to an hour in normal traffic; considerably longer during rush hours.
The MRT Line 3 runs from Taft Avenue in the south through Makati and Ortigas and terminates at North Avenue in Quezon City, right at the Quezon Memorial Circle. This is the fastest way to arrive from central Manila and avoids the traffic entirely. The LRT Line 1 connects to MRT at the EDSA interchange, giving access from the airport side of the Metro.
From other parts of the Philippines, buses arrive at the major terminals in the Cubao area — Victory Liner, Genesis, and several other operators serve northern and central Luzon from Quezon City. For provincial buses from the south and from Bicol, terminals in Pasay and Alabang are more common arrival points, requiring a Metro ride or transfer.
