A 1970s Swiss restaurant on the Sumulong Highway above Antipolo, run for decades by a Swiss-Filipino family. The dining room — wooden, chalet-style — looks out over the valley, and at night the lights of Metro Manila fill the view. The cheese fondue, raclette, and rösti are the things to order; the steak is decent.
Weekends are busy and reservations are essential. Sunday breakfast, with its quiet view, is a local ritual.
