Sihwa is a small hillside area of narrow lanes and colourful painted houses. It became better known through the drama Love and Ambition, but it is still a lived-in neighbourhood, so keep your visit quiet and respectful.
The short climb ends at a small resting area with views, making it a good one-hour stop if you are waiting for a ferry or exploring the older side of Mokpo.
