Hsinchu City Fire Museum is a small museum in a converted fire station, focused on the history of firefighting in Taiwan. The building itself is part of the appeal, giving the exhibits a more concrete setting than a standard civic display room.
It is a short stop in the old centre of Hsinchu, easy to combine with the City God Temple and East Gate.
