Waimu Shan is Keelung's longest natural seashore, running from the fishing harbour toward Aoditong Village. The coast here mixes open water, low cliffs, and sea views, with places to swim when conditions are right.
It is a good change of pace from the forts and harbour streets in central Keelung. Go for the coastal scenery first, and treat swimming as a bonus when the sea is calm.
