One of Nonthaburi's most important temples, Wat Khema houses a large pagoda said to enshrine Buddha relics, an Ayutthaya-period Buddha image, and the striking Tamnak Daeng building — a traditional Thai pavilion used for royal ceremonies. The Phra Thinang Monthian Hall on the grounds is decorated in classic style and worth seeing up close.
