Dim Cave sits in the hills east of Alanya, above the Dim valley and far enough from the beach strip to feel like a proper change of scene. The cave is a developed show cave, with lit walkways passing stalactites, stalagmites, and cool chambers that are a relief in the heat of the coast.
The outing is strongest when combined with the valley itself, where riverside restaurants and mountain views make an easy half-day trip. It is more accessible than adventurous, but it adds a useful inland counterpoint to Alanya's castle, harbour, and beaches.
