White Valley (Beyaz Vadi) runs between Uçhisar and Çavuşin and gets its name from the pale, almost chalky colour of the tuff cliffs that line it. It is less visited than the Pigeon and Love valleys, and the walk through it — about two hours one way — passes vineyards, orchards, and the occasional rock-cut church.
The trail is well-trodden but unmarked; ask at your guesthouse for the current best access from Uçhisar. Bring water, sun hat, and decent shoes. Pair the walk with a stop in Çavuşin to see the old village clinging to the cliff.
