Gaziantep Oğuzeli International Airport has domestic connections to Istanbul and Ankara, with several flights daily. From Istanbul the flight takes about 1.5 hours. Turkish Airlines and Pegasus both serve the route. International connections are limited — most visitors coming from abroad will connect through Istanbul or Ankara.
By bus, Gaziantep's main otogar (intercity bus station) has services to and from most major Turkish cities. Istanbul is about 16 hours by overnight bus; Ankara about 10 hours; Adana about 3 hours; Şanlıurfa (Urfa) about 1.5 hours. The high-speed train network does not yet reach Gaziantep, though there are plans for extension. Dolmuş (shared minibuses) run to nearby towns throughout the day.
