Oceania's exterior on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street does little to advertise what is inside: an upmarket seafood restaurant with a genuine reputation for freshness. The menu runs to grilled tilapia, squid salad, baked oysters with cheese, black pepper crab, and New Zealand mussels — a mix of Vietnamese and international preparation. It is expensive by local standards, but the quality reflects the price. Popular with business diners and Saigon middle-class families marking occasions.
