Baraqish is about 125km from Sana'a on the road toward Hazm Al-Jawf, and roughly 60km from Marib — historically the most common base for a visit. The route required a 4WD vehicle, a local guide, and security clearance even before the current conflict. There is no public transport.
Since 2015, the Jawf region has been a conflict zone. Travel is not currently possible for independent visitors.
