Tessellated Pavement

The Tessellated Pavement is a flat rock shelf cut into neat-looking rectangles by natural joints, then polished and shaped by salt water. At low tide it can look almost man-made, like a giant flagstone floor running into Pirates Bay. Come early or late if you want the pattern without a crowd standing on every square.
