Oyster Stacks can be excellent for snorkelling, with coral close to shore and plenty of fish life when visibility is good. It is also less forgiving than Turquoise Bay, with rocks, tide restrictions, and less room for casual mistakes.
Only go when the tide is high enough and conditions are suitable. Reef shoes, careful entry, and a conservative attitude make the difference between a rewarding stop and a scraped-up afternoon.
