Air Rarotonga operates flights from Rarotonga to Enua Airport (AIU) several times a week — the flight is about 50 minutes in a Saab 340 or similar. There is no other air service. The interisland cargo boat calls occasionally but does not take passengers as a regular service.
Book accommodation and the airport pickup at the same time — there are no taxis on the island and the airstrip is in the middle of the island, a few kilometres from the villages. Most guesthouses include a scooter or bicycle rental in the rate.
