Things to Do

Niutao has no formal sights and no tourist circuit. The island offers what it has always offered: a small, tight-knit Polynesian community, two villages connected by a sand track, two small interior lakes, and a reef that drops straight into deep blue. The only sensible itinerary is to walk, swim, talk to people, and watch the cargo being lightered ashore through the surf.
